  • Piloted early summer 2018 – good ROI and response.
  • R&r recommended longterm contract. Not signed due to leadership turnover.
  • Could greatly decrease overall spend.
  • Snag platform has changed a lot since then. New coverage is all CPC and used when needed.

Appcast (programmatic) ––
  • Piloted Spring 2019 – higher ROI with same response as direct placement.
  • Non-critical areas responded typical to free organic coverage.
  • High need areas did not respond well and costs were higher than placing market specific media.
  • Did not recommend use moving forward because need based

Indeed ––
  • Using mainly Hosted solution. Have used Indeed Hiring Events with great success.
  • Cost/"need to use" can be brought down considerably with optimization of organic feed and title keyword review.
  • Spent $22,840 Jan-Mar –– received 8,506 sponsored applies –– CPA is $2.68, well below the market averages, especially for sweetgreen's tougher markets (namely San Fran and Boston).
  • Ultimately would like ATS data for more granular analysis of cost vs. apply/hire.

Craigslist ––
  • Use market by market.
  • Traffic and results gaining again with current unemployment.
  • Recommend revisiting strategy to best take advantage of this media.
  • Craigslist only media that with additional fee to post.

Culinary Agents, Poached, ZipRecruiter, Facebook ––
  • Media all used based on market and recruiter need.
  • R&r provides recommendations on which markets work best with the smaller boards.
