Restaurant Careers and The Community Resource Guide was developed by r&r – a recruitment marketing firm. r&r has been working with restaurant companies for over 30 years helping them adapt and react to best hire staff. r&r still partners with multiple restaurant companies including; The Cheesecake Factory, Lucky Strike, Dave & Busters, Brinker, BJ’s Restaurants, Abuelos, Velvet Taco, Cooper’s Hawk, Chuck E Cheese– to name a few – all of these utilized the Guide.
Years ago, before aggregator job boards, the Guide would advise on which tool was best for the market – newspaper, radio, craigslist…etc. It also lists social media options and free posting options.
The guide has adapted over the years. During Covid it became a tool for restaurant staff - listing links for support and interim jobs in their market. Today the Resource Guide is set up to give restaurant operators a reference point on all the things available within their own market so they can connect and impact the community around them.
