Team Members hired through referrals have proven to be the most productive staff
members! Empower your team members to be brand ambassadors and share on social
media to find referral options.
Let them know the basics - that a referral can come from anywhere and be anyone.
A friend, a friend of a friend, an acquaintance, someone that they meet while dining out
or someone that is in their social network.
Opportunities to Promote the Referral Program:
• post flyers in common areas for staff
• hand out referral cards
• discuss the referral program at orientations and team meetings
• highlight and announce staff members who are getting bonuses to the rest of the

REFERRAL BONUS PROCESS & SPECIFICS
A team member is eligible for a referral bonus as soon as their referral starts training
Bonus amounts and payout details vary by location.
(Referral bonus payout is $50 after 6 months for Team Members & $100 after 6 months for Management roles. If a Manager would like to modify the referral bonus amount/days please contact Jennifer Gamez)
